It is with great sadness that we acknowledge the passing of two highly respected individuals, Pat McCluskey from ANCA and Michael Bourchier from Amiga Engineering, who have made significant contributions to Australian manufacturing and the world throughout their lives.

Through their dedication, leadership and passion for the industry, they have helped shape their businesses, support those around them and strengthen the wider manufacturing community. Their knowledge, commitment and professional relationships have left a lasting mark that will continue to be valued for years to come.

Their passing is a great loss to their families, colleagues, businesses and the industry as a whole. We extend our heartfelt condolences to their families, co-workers and all who had the privilege of knowing and working with them.

While they will be deeply missed, their legacy lives on through the businesses they built, the people they inspired and the lasting contributions they made to Australian manufacturing.
