Service Rates

Effective from 1st September 2021, Okuma Australia’s standard rates for Field Service (Mechanical & Electrical), Applications Support and Training are:

Products	All Okuma, Fanuc RoboCut, RoboJob, Barfeeders, other.
Fields	Mechanical, Electrical, Applications and Training
Basic Labour rate	$170 per hour (minimum 1 hour) and thereafter in 15 min blocks
Overtime (normal weekdays)	$255 per hour (one hour blocks for first 3 hours)
On-site before 7:00am and after 6:00pm	$340 per hour (one hour blocks for work beyond 3  hours) The maximum overtime in one period is 6 hours
Weekends and public holidays	$510 per hour in one hour blocks (continuous to a maximum of 6 hours in one period)
Travel fee by Motor Car	$100 (minimum 1 hour) all occasions plus $100 per additional hour of travel thereafter to and from in 15 min blocks
Travel fee by Air flight	Flight cost + 10% plus $100 per hour airport to airport time, return.
	Accommodation & associated costs will be + 10%
