The Okuma LAW-V24 CNC turning center is the latest evolution of Okuma's large 4-axis turning centers for aluminum wheel machining. Two turrets offer dramatic improvements in process flexibility and cycle time when compared to single saddle machines. The LAW-V24 has 2 independent, 6-station turrets, 3,000 rpm and 87 HP. The large frame and machine travels can machine a 24 inch wheel. The vertical orientation offers superior chucking of large wheels as well as excellent chip removal. 4-Axis is the easy way, with the Okuma's OSP control, where there is no need to zero return.
