Over recent months, several team members travelled to Japan for advanced training at Okuma Corporation and we also welcomed new team members across the business. They are onboarding quickly, contributing strongly, and already embracing what makes the Okuma community so unique. I’ve also taken time to reflect on the rapid changes shaping our sector.
