From the MD – Issue 1, 2026
Dear Customers,
Welcome to our first newsletter of 2026.
I hope you had a wonderful festive season and enjoyed quality time with family and friends. Our team is well rested and energised for the year ahead.
As we kick off 2026, we’re pleased to introduce three outstanding Service Engineers who will be supporting our New South Wales and Victorian branches. Our people are what set us apart, and these new team members will further strengthen the exceptional service we provide to our customers. This comes alongside our Okuma Support Kits program, designed to keep your machines performing at their best.
Throughout the year, we’ll continue hosting our free Lunch and Learn sessions, which have been running successfully in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. We’re excited to expand the program to Adelaide and Perth in 2026. All sessions will be advertised, so keep an eye out for upcoming events in your state.
We also have ongoing training programmes planned for our Service team to ensure we continue delivering the highest level of support to our customers.
If you’re considering investing in a new CNC machine, we encourage you to connect with any member of our team. We’d be delighted to assist.
Wishing your company a prosperous 2026 and beyond.
Kind regards,
Dean McCarroll
