Using this basic model of the Turn-Assist Series, you can set to work immediately. This easy-to-use automation has been specifically developed for the loading and unloading of small runs and/or small workpieces. You have an adjustable table that may be configured very quickly for different workpiece dimensions using the patented positioning principle. The workpieces may also be positioned by means of freely definable grid plates, for example for special workpiece shapes.

LOW THRESHOLD AUTOMATION AND USER-FRIENDLINESS

Automation may be complex, but it doesn't have to be. All RoboJob automation systems have intuitive graphics software. Automating your workpieces on the touchscreen is child’s play!

With the Turn-Assist Essential you can choose from more than 6 different models:

• Turn-Assist E i 12: removable and/or movable with a payload of 12kg
• Turn-Assist E i 20: removable and/or movable with a payload of 20kg
• Turn-Assist E i 35: removable and/or movable with a payload of 35kg
• Turn-Assist E s 12: separated, with a payload of 12kg
• Turn-Assist E s 20: separated, with a payload of 20kg
• Turn-Assist E s 35 or more: separated, with a payload of 35kg or more
