EM Dynamics Pty Limited is an Australian owned and operated company which has been active in the manufacture and supply of Mechanical Power Transmission and Heat Transfer products since 1975.
The company has a high level of expertise in both these fields, customers include many of the largest firms throughout the world, typically involved in the mining, oil and gas exploration and hydraulic industries. Many of our products are fluid power related and in Australia it is unusual to find a hydraulic driven machine which does not include either a drive train component or oil cooler supplied by OEM Dynamics.

AFTERMARKET SERVICES
This division provides batch manufacture of components for the replacement parts industry.
Items include transmission components for harvesters, mining and road machines. We also supply special couplings and replacement pump or motor shafts for the fluid power industry.
Replacements can be made from samples or drawings. The facility includes modern CNC machines, production milling, gear hobbing, spline hobbing, broaching of splines, key seating, heat treatment and CNC drilling. The capacity and versatility of our machines enables work of considerable complexity to be produced complete in one or two operations permitting considerable reduction in cost while maintaining a high degree of quality and accuracy.
OEM Dynamics have quality assurance to ISO9001:2000, approved by Lloyds Register.

DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT 
OEM Dynamics has been designing it's own product range since the companies inception. Design facilities include product development, tooling design and process control. Our professional engineering staff are available to meet customer requirements, including complete custom design and modifications to standard products. Facilities include CAD/CAM design, computer selection of products and testing facilities for heat transfer.
