OKUMA CUSTOMER ANNOUNCEMENT

CHANGE OF FIELD SERVICES RATES

 

Dear Okuma Australia Customer,

As of the 1st October 2017, our field services rates will rise slightly. This is the first rate change by Okuma since 2013.

Our increase is in response to the changes in our costs that are generally reflected in movements of the Consumer Price Index over the period. The Consumer Price Index over the past 4 years has moved upwards by 7.6%.

The basic rate for Okuma Australia Field Service will move up by just 6.67% to new rates hereunder:-

Effective

1st October 2017

Products

All Okuma, Fanuc RoboCut, RoboJOB, LNS, Other.

Fields

Mechanical, Electrical, Applications and Training.

Basic Labour rate

$160 per hour (minimum 1 hour) and thereafter in 15min blocks

Overtime (normal weekdays)

On–site before 7.00am and after 6.00pm

$240 per hour (one hour blocks for the first 3 hours)

$320 per hour (one hour blocks for work beyond 3 hours)

The maximum overtime in one period is 6 hours.

Weekends and public holidays

$480 per hour in one hour blocks (continuous to a maximum of 6 hours in one period)

Callout fee by Motor Car

$100 flat (all occasions)

Callout rate by Air flight

Flight cost +5% plus $80 per hour Airport to Airport time, return.

Accommodation will be daily room fee +5%
