You may have noticed recently that Okuma Service Reports have gone digital.

The rollout of this digital system was initially introduced to Victoria customers and it's being progressively rolled out to the rest of Australia over the coming months. Service reports will now be emailed immediately upon completion of each service job and service jobs requiring more than one Service Engineer will be sent in one invoice.

This will improve efficiencies for both our customers as well as Okuma, and of course less paperwork helps protect our environment.
