Important Message from Okuma Australia + New Zealand

As all businesses move through these unprecedented times, it’s important for everyone connected with Okuma to know how we are navigating through this disruption to business.

Our highest priority is always the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees, families and our customers and suppliers.

Okuma Australia & New Zealand supporting our employees, customers and suppliers

Where possible we are operating as business as usual, under the most current local Government directive.

Okuma employees who are able to work remotely are doing so. 

We are using TeamViewer, Zoom and phone calls to support each other and our customers.

Where face to face contact is unavoidable, we request that all participants follow the highest levels of personal hygiene prior to these meetings and appropriate social distancing should also be adhered to.

Sales Support

Okuma Australia has a corporate policy to hold stock machines for our customers Australia-wide and in New Zealand.

We have a number of well priced machines available ex-stock from branch offices with more machines in transit. Click here.

Okuma Japan is also fully operational for the supply of all machines to specific customer requirements. 

Service & Applications Support

Okuma Application and Service engineers are available to visit on-site where remote solutions are not viable. 

We request that appropriate social distancing and the highest levels of personal hygiene be adhered to.

Spare Parts Support

Okuma Australia + New Zealand hold significant spare parts of both mechanical (including main spindle sets) and changeover electrical parts and assemblies.

Any parts we hold in stock can be sent via courier within 24  hours.
