Okuma Australia recently hosted an Okuma Customer evening at the National Wine Centre in Adelaide.

The South Australian  industry was well represented with over 30 manufacturers attending, along with Okuma Australia’s Board of Management members, Okuma Adelaide Branch Members and Okuma PIPE partners.

During the evening there was some very positive information and commentary about Okuma Australia’s progress and the manufacturing industry in general.

“These events are important for Okuma, our customers and the manufacturing community.    Okuma Australia is thankful to all the customers who could attend and grateful to be able to facilitate these types of events for all concerned,” said Dean McCarroll, Managing Director, Okuma Australia + New Zealand.

We were introduced to the National Wine Centre with an informative tour of their facilities and then enjoyed the rest of the night’s festivities in a private room.

We also enjoyed some very current and enlightening information about the status of the Stock market from well known local Stockbroker, Mark Potter from Baker Young.

“I just wanted to thank you and Okuma Australia for a great event last week.  Really appreciated the hospitality and the chance to catch up with the Okuma people and some of our fellow manufacturers,” commented Brad Cowain, General Manager, Lencom Antennas Pty. Ltd.

“I am impressed with the progress of Okuma Australia and the direction it is heading. Also, the guest speaker was informative,” commented Brett Kennewell, Kennewell CNC Machining.

Note:  This event was held pre-COVID19
