The well-being of our employees, customers and families is, as always, our highest priority.

During these unprecedented times, there will be some changes but we will endeavour to maintain the highest levels of service Okuma can offer.

To avoid any potential risks of infection, we request that, where possible, any Sales, Service work or meetings be conducted remotely, via email, Team Viewer, phone or Zoom.

Team Viewer is a very good remote diagnosis tool and will be used as much as possible in the first instance to diagnose and fix issues with any Okuma machine tools.  If you don’t currently have Team Viewer available and you require assistance please contact the Okuma Applications Engineers in your state to assist.

If face to face work is unavoidable, we request that all participants follow the highest levels of personal hygiene prior to these meetings.  Appropriate social distance will also be adhered to.

If you or anyone in your family is unwell, and we have been in physical contact in the last fortnight, please let us know as soon as possible.  Similarly, Okuma will immediately advise any customers we have worked with if any of our team becomes unwell.

We want all employees, customers and families to feel safe and stay healthy as we move through this ordeal.
