  • Our workmanship is guaranteed and, as the officially appointed distributor, underwritten by the Manufacturer.
  • Our standard schedules of rates apply from 8.00am thru 6.00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Outside these times, availability and rates are by negotiation with the Customer.

Perth and Auckland, NZ

  • Applications Engineering that includes process evaluation, machine selection, time studies, programming and operation training and, under centralised Head Office project management, turnkey system concept development and implementation.
  • Okuma and Fanuc machines require regular maintenance to ensure the trouble free life of productivity they are world famous for. To achieve this, Okuma Australia and New Zealand employ qualified electrical/electronic field service engineers and highly skilled trained and experienced mechanical service engineers.
  • Workshop facilities including electronic repair centre, Clean room spindle repair facility, Reconditioning/rebuilding area, spindle exchange program and conference facilities.
  • Spare Parts, available for the life of the machine tool is our policy.
  • Training is bottomless for the first 12 months of any machine installation.
  • Okuma Australia and New Zealand both aspire to an ability to respond to field service within 4 normal working hours of a call.

As only Okuma has a single source policy of design and manufacture of both the machine and the CNC units and all the electrical and software elements that marry the two, Okuma engineers should be the only ones you trust to complete any work on your critical investment.
