Selected and presented by all divisions of the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers to encourage the development of Japanese mechanical engineering and industry.

Also received the 21st Japan Society of Die/Mold Technology Award (Incentive Award) in June, the fourth time Okuma has been honored.
