How does our relationship work?  Here is the usual approach:

• You meet with our sales representative to discuss your needs
• We hold a project meeting between our sales representative and engineers to discuss what you want and possible directions to achieve your aims
• We provide you with a project analysis document to explain our thinking and the possible directions we have highlighted
• Our engineers liaise with you and our sales representative to continuously discuss your project and the solutions we are creating
• We provide you with a quote in relation to your tender or original brief
