Whether it is spare parts, field service assistance or the replacement of your manuals, Okuma and all of our principal suppliers are in the background to ensure we deliver all you need over the life of your machines.
The fact is that life is getting longer and longer since the first Okuma NC machines were delivered into Australia in 1976. Its been our experience that many brands fail to completely support the customers investments because they or their suppliers are not able to keep up the supply of parts, technical knowhow or documentation.
Our customers are rarely faced with a total failure of their Okuma or Fanuc machine. Both Okuma and Fanuc build their own machines and controls and that makes diagnostics quick and easy. We hold substantial spare parts right thru to main spindle sets and regularly implement part upgrade and replacement programs. Our trained specialists have a longstanding knowledge of our products that goes right back to the beginning.
So too is Fanuc whose history and technical excellence need no introduction.
