Okuma Australia Pty Ltd is a consolidated entity of Okuma Corporation (Japan), a public company, listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Both Okuma Australia Pty Ltd and Okuma New Zealand Limited are audited by Messrs KPMG on an annual basis.
Both Okuma Australia and Okuma New Zealand are audited annually by the Internal Audit Group of Okuma Corporation (Japan).
